Eunice served us and actively listening to our needs and concerns. One key aspect was her providing a reliable expectation of our budget before we formally starting on the renovation process.
She very attentive to details regarding the drawings during 3D and we have almost minimal backtracking to 3D details to reconfirm details during renovation works. She was also very upfront with completion dates and delays, allowing us good flexibility to incorporate external contractors’ schedule.
Minor imperfections and repairs were also very promptly followed up by Eunice with contractors without any reminders. This were also made possible by her regular checks on the unit to allow rectifications before proceeding onto next stages.
We also were impressed by Eunice ability to keep our renovation within budget, with budget overrun an extremely frequent issue within the industry.
Lastly, as they/ Eunice chose quality contractors, we were overall happy with the workmanship, schedule and handover throughout with nothing to complain about. She managed to handover unit ahead of schedule, which is impressive!
After sales service, which we doubt were also impeccable. The issue is the wood borer infestation on a few panels of wood.They have promptly applied pesticide and sealed it up. There is another ongoing panel which might also need their assistance soon. Wood might need to be treated before handover to carpentry team.
