Ms Chua managed the project well and delivered according to schedule.

She coordinated the schedule well to include the time taken for the HIP renovation.

She was helpful during the HIP and provided her recommendations for the running of piping, installation of water heater, and the placement of accessories.

She is an efficient worker and is able to liase/ communicate well with her workers and partners and ensure they did their work properly.

Ms Chua Sze Leng's quotation is easy to understand and comprehensive, making it easy for me to estimate the cost of the renovation.

She was able to provide solutions, eg. to allow a more spacious shower area in the common toilet by shifting the door; to give more privacy to the master bedroom by relocating the entrance; placement of the kitchen's peninsula; location of fridge and washing machine.

There was an issue regarding the main gate provided by HIP that could not be installed as the floor level was not the same height as before renovation. However, we were able to settle this amicably.

Ms Chua is a responsible person and she regularly followed up with the progress of the renovation work and gave updates.

I appreciate the fact that she checked with me for my personal preferences before proceeding with the work.

She addressed my concerns and explained pros and cons of some choices that needed to be made.
