In the beginning of project is quite smooth but due to delay in HDB approval on foyer, is quite rush to end of project. Coordination with HDB could be better and there's room for improvement.

Other requirements and requests given to Sze Leng are able to proceed on time. Although there are requirements not done as per our performance, she is able to rectify it for us.

Overall, design and carpentry works are satisfactory.
