MR TAN SOON KWAN

This renovation project for a residential apartment is a fairly large one. The project was completed on time. As with any renovation project of this size, there are some details which need to be follow up and make good after the handover. Putting this aside and except for the electrical work, I am happy with the results.

Here I would like to give special mention and compliments to Miss Sheireen Sim. She demonstrated that she is not just an Interior Design Consultant but also a good project manager. Her supervision and coordination of various works involving dismantling, hacking, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, painting, polishing and cleaning was excellent. She went beyond her duties, offering advice and help to me and my wife during the two months. Although there was a delay during the Hari Raya holidays, she managed to catch up with the lost time. It was a pleasure working with her and we will recommend her to our relatives and friends who are planning to renovate their homes.
